Definição de fluxogramas para fiscalização de processos na construção de edificações públicas

Abstract

Currently to most varied modalities of industries are required normalizations of processes, to reduce production’s costs, optimize resources and employees and to meet the fundamentals of defining quality. This study aimed to the development of procedures, represented by flowcharts to assist building inspectors in process control of internal and external ceramic coating paint, in order to provide some professional parameters that may drive their decision making as representatives of the public administration. Like foundation, in this study was adopted essentially a literary research and a practical application in some public buildings educational, analyzing the fundamental concepts that should be known by a building inspector. The current Brazilian government has made remarkable investments in Federal Universities, through the program REUNI, generating numerous works of buildings spread throughout the country, making it necessary to good management practice for the management of investments used in this program. At the end of the study shows the applicability of flowcharts to support the activities of the tax works. With defined flowcharts become possible to anticipate possible difficulties and the results obtained throughout the process, facilitating the actions necessary ensuring the quality into processes of public buildings.
