Os desafios da formação do leitor infantojuvenil na contemporaneidade: a tecnologia que ajuda a ensinar

Abstract

This work was developed with the purpose of proposing reflections on the practice of reading, especially in the school, aiming also to gather information regarding the formation of readers. It deals with relevant aspects about the act of reading and education in general, in the face of new technologies. In order to do so, a theoretical resumption of reading in the Western world was made, covering and explaining social behaviors in front of the universe of the book and also presenting a hypothetical reflection on reading in the computerized world. The work still considers reading according to the National Curricular Parameters, that is, how the pedagogical practices should be organized around the oral and / or written texts. It also brings an experience lived in the years 2016 to 2018, the result of a project to encourage reading and training of readers. Expanding the studies that aim to form the student reader is an inherent concern of this work, trying to highlight the possibilities that the reading brings to the individual. It also brings some questions about the role of the school in the training of readers and shows that reading is one of the paths that can lead to citizenship. Finally, it presents some results of practices that gave results as an incentive to the act of reading.
