NR-10 segurança em instalações e serviços em eletricidade: avaliação nas indústrias do setor automotivo, elétrico e comercial

Abstract

Electricity brings countless benefits to mankind, in the opposite direction the lack of knowledge and training to handle it, which result in several accidents, in order to reduce the risks of accidents with electricity was elaborated the regulatory norm NR- 10 "safety in Facilities and services in electricity, "which outlines the minimum guidelines to be followed. In this scenario, this research was developed in three companies of distinct activities of the region of Curitiba / PR, in order to evaluate if the NR-10 is applied in these companies. It was also sought to evaluate the cost of non-compliance with NR-10, applying the penalties according to NR-28. The methodology used was to apply a questionnaire, based on NR-10, assigning the minimum requirements for each item, totaling 106 items. In company "A", the result obtained was 50 nonconforming items, resulting in a fine of R $ 119,832.00. Company "B" the result obtained was 57 nonconforming items, with R $ 67,493.00 in fines. "C" company, the result obtained was 57 items that did not meet the NR-10, equal to company "B", but the fine is higher, totaling R $ 81,657.00 in fines. Based on the results it can be concluded that independent of the sector of the developed activity, size of the company, there are many items in disagreement with the NR-10.
