Orçamento de custo de obra para um mesmo empreendimento: análise comparativa entre sistema construtivo

Abstract

The budget of the cost of a work is one of the main document that must be analyzed without the feasibility study of an enterprise for its approval. The system of embedded construction systems is currently the construction market, the cost of the same thing can be faster, the choice of your system, especially the projects of small and medium enterprises, when people are properly executed in the project. The developers and builders of projects aimed at a popular class are those who invest in the search for a more efficient, fast and low cost system that do not compromise the final quality of the enterprise. The objective of this work is to compare the budget for use of the two construction systems, based on a project that was elaborated without the definition of the construction system, the object of study selected was located in São José dos Pinhais - PR. The use of the direct method, using the descriptive method, is the method used to elaborate the constructive systems, obtaining as a result the project not elaborated with a defined constructive system, using the existing systems on the tendency in the market. may lead to an unsatisfactory financial result.
