Identificação das causas de atraso do início de uma obra residencial: um estudo de caso

Abstract

The objective of this work is to compare the streams of the projects studied, with a stream defined by the company studied as being ideal, and called "Residential Model", in order to identify the sources that cause the delay of the beginning of the works. The method used is the analysis of 02 (two) residential projects, vertical, "My House, My Life", located in the Metropolitan area of Curitiba - PR, more precisely in the municipality of São José dos Pinhais, with similar characteristics, both of owned by the same Incorporadora and Construtora, which suffered a significant delay to be initiated. The result was the verification of the phases of the process that occurred the failures that caused the delay to start the works, as support material will be raised the characteristics of the Empreendimentos and the Company, the most critical points in the Construtora process through a analysis of the internal and external issues that affect it, and finally, a complete diagnosis will be made, pointing out the causes of the delays.
