Proposta de inclusão de instrumentos complementares ao roteiro de gerenciamento da comunicação de beber

Abstract

This Study entails the issue of communication’s management in project developments in small architecture offices. The main objective of the present study, is develop a proposal to include complementary instruments to communication’s management in project development’s Beber’s script(2008), to helps on planning and control on project’s executions on real small architecture offices. For this script’s development was necessary an bibliography research to list the currents communication management methods, and from this point establish an model for apply in the market. Also was necessary a field research to know if there is a general management methods being used by the offices and which one are they using. Despites the fields respondents has the knowledge, was noted that this know isn’t applies on project’s management and the most commons communication’s instruments are informal. The non-existence of communication plan is an obstacle for communication’s fluency, at measure that the plan determines information, registration and processing forms which should be used in every project’s step. This work has major importance, because arranges to professional useful procedure for increasing office’s communications between involved parts in the project and clients, on this way bringing a larger credibility and safety to services provided. Those instruments can be applicable in offices seeking help on formal management project.
