Análise ergonômica do trabalho do instalador da área de telecomunicações em caixa subterrânea

Abstract

The evolution of telecommunications have allowed increasingly shortening distances around the world, increased the number of services offered to customers and expanded the data-transmission capacity, wether by optical or wire networks. Often, part of these networks is located on the underground not only for aesthetic or sustainable concerned but by the security that provides the minimization of cable thefts and accidents in air networks. The steady increase of users of telecom services makes employability in the area of deployment, installation and maintenance of these networks has a high level. During a working day, operators can take many different positions and require muscular effort that in the future, can cause occupational diseases. In this context, lies to ergonomics the paper become more comfortable and healthy work performed by technicians who perform services in underground boxes. An ergonomic method of recording and postural analysis was applied to a contractor provider of telecommunications services in the city of Londrina. Finally, recommendations are made for a more ergonomic performance of the activity.
