Análise ergonômica do trabalho em um setor de produção de sugadores cirúrgicos

Abstract

The production processes in series allow the specialization of the workers, ensuring each time more agility in the productive processes. However, this specialization exposes employees to the same ergonomic risks on a daily basis, often with posture, repetitive risks and associated physical stress. This condition can lead to the sickness of the workers involved in the activity. This work, through a case study, brings ergonomics as a tool to identify risks in the workplace and guide improvements that may mitigate or eliminate the risks encountered. For this, the tools Occupational Repetitive Actions (OCRA) and the Painful Areas Diagram were used to quantify the risks present in the evaluated jobs. After the information collected, it was possible to quantify the risks and propose improvements. The research allows to observe the ergonomics as capable of identifying, quantifying and giving solutions of improvements to the various workstations, guaranteeing the same productive focus of the company without jeopardizing the physical integrity of the worker.
