Análise do ambiente de trabalho e desenvolvimento de procedimento no acompanhamento da PAIR pela área de segurança

Abstract

The objective of this paper was the elaboration of a tool and procedure that aims to follow the cases of NIHL, because were observed that in many situations the Safety Officer presents difficulties in the participatory process of the investigation, this research carried out a search for information that updated the current management in the companies allowing to identify its role within the monitoring. Currently, legal requirements such as ERPP, MCOHP and HCP should allow auditory management if they were not only performed with the objective of presenting to the competent organizations forgetting their management. Along with the lack of management, there was a follow-up of the difficulties faced by the Safety Officer regarding the management of investigation on NIHL. Having identified the difficulties of the Safety Officer this research sought to develop a tool in the form of a checklist and its procedure, presenting the descriptive of its use as well as an organizational chart of the involved and flow diagram of the process.
