Estudo de aplicabilidade da NR-35 na construção civil com ênfase na proteção coletiva contra acidentes em altura

Abstract

The building professionals assume relevant commitment along with the principles that govern safety at work. The best attribute of a worker is prevention, using safety equipment. This paper has as goal: check under wich factors professionals don’t use their safety equipment, check if the collective safety equipment are appropriated for the use in specific measures of safety according to the standard, develop a checklist for the company’s employees, aware and reinforce to employees the use of collective safety equipment against the risk of accidents in high places, inform the employees, through a hornbook, about work risks and ways to avoid them, develop a guiding hornbook with procedures related to the ways of collective safety against accidents in high places. Quantitative and qualitative methodology were used through bibliographic search on books, websites, articles and an interview with twenty employees of Construção Civil Company, located in the town of Foz do Iguassu, was made through closed questions. The following results were concluded: at the researched Company there are needs of standard procedures that will improve their employees’ safety, such as: trainings, incentive for daily use of the safety equipments at construction sites. This way the studied Company will qualify its employees with the demanded standards.
