Levantamento de riscos em uma empresa de terraplanagem e pavimentação asfáltica

Abstract

This work was elaborated with the intention to analyze the work safety conditions of employees of an earthworks, excavation, and asphalt paving firm. The work started by a research on the regulatory rules of Work and Employment Administration to identify relevant items which matches to the activities of the firm. With the selected items, the work has been followed by a devising of a check list for raising risks and hazards in the activities. In the next stage, the divergent items were analyzed and classified by a crossing methodology between the consequences and the probabilities of the occurrence. The results of these crossings have been denominated by class of significance as Minor, Moderate, and Critic. These classes were used for the final stage, where has been done a prioritization of the divergent items and, in the end, recommendations of actions to fix them with maximum term regarding their class of significance. The results have shown that 51% of evaluated items were not in accordance and, 55% of these are critics and, consequently, they need a correction immediately by the employer. Of all proposed actions, 25% are related to the quantitative survey of the factors which causes accident, and that the majors incidences of the non accorded items come from the analysis of the Regulatory Rules (NRs) 12 and 15.
