O processo de comunicação na gestão pública na prefeitura da cidade de São José dos Campos

Abstract

Public communication is still an unexplored field, but important role in improving the quality of life of residents. The communication in public management at City Hall should focus on the construction of citizenship through the generation of information to stamp individually and collectively, with a view to integrating the individual in the social life of his city, on the assumption that everyone has the right to communicate and information of their rights and duties. It is also of paramount importance, given the importance of municipal servants training and training for work with the public, for only thus can envision a democratic administration that meets the needs of the population in a qualitative way. The work presented here, through literature, based on studies of different authors, and data collection, whose main goal is to identify ways and means of public communication right. The specific objectives it is intended to highlight the importance of education and training of municipal employees, identify potential gaps and enhance the strengths of the internal communication process of the Municipality of Sao Jose dos Campos - São Paulo and also propose improvements in the internal communication process. Through this study, were able to verify the existing weaknesses in public communication and still make a challenge to the reader who is interested to matters relating to the City Hall of their city, aimed at raising awareness of their rights and duties.
