Meio ambiente e desenvolvimento local: implicações para políticas públicas no município de Guareí/SP

Abstract

The present research it is a case study in the municipality of Guarehy / SP, based on theoretical literature and documents the source whose goal is to analyze the environmental relationships for local development, pointed implications for public policy in the city. In préanalise performed a theoretical survey on Public Policy Government and its importance to the municipal environmental management. Therefore, we sought a detailed study on the municipality in order to verify the real situation facing the same conservation of natural resources and sustainable development site. In general appearance can be seen that the paths that run through government policies have been widely discussed because of the current need for inclusion of public policy for the environment. The Public Administration Guarehy created in 2010 a new structure of environmental management through the Municipal Department of Environment - DEMMA and the Municipal Agriculture and Environment. It was noted that the county has been working as much relation to local public policies on the environment during the study can verify the positive results in the years 2011 and 2012.
