Abstract

This work had as its theme the study of popular participation by the city council's health Goioerê, the objective is to make the approach of social participation and the real effectiveness of the Municipal Health Council of the City of Goioerê, questioning what is done is if the needs identified by the board to be composed of government representatives and members of the society formed by professionals have been met and whether the Council as an organ of social control have acted in the interests of social effectiveness and giving publicity to the acts by he practiced. Before questioning the approach is: Is there popular representation in the municipal health council Goioerê and no interference between the desire expressed by the council and the fact that their president to have relationship of subordination before the administration because she was the secretary of the folder?
