Abstract

Economic development, environmental impact brought to the nations, to find solutions that will contribute to both the development of individuals as environmental issues, has become a challenge in the business scenario. The purpose of this monograph is to present a theoretical discussion about the remanufacturing practice and its impact on the environment, its importance, major definitions and analysis projects that enable remanufacturing, through a literature review and a case study. This monograph concludes that new tools must be developed for production planning and development of the industrial system remanufatureiro. And future studies must demonstrate that the partnership government, university and business, can be an outlet for the development of tools and practices developed adaptations, providing a maturing of this branch of industry with economic and environmental objectives.
