| Resumo: | Tendo como base que a alimentação se configura como um dos principais problemas da sociedade atual, faz-se importante levantar maneiras de como contorná-lo de modo seguro e nutritivo. Nesse sentido, passa-se a considerar estratégias como modelos que envolvem técnicas para uma agricultura sustentável eque trabalha contra a lógica do modelo hegemônico de produção atual, trazendo benefícios sociais, econômicos e ecológicos. Esses modelos são importantes agentes na consolidação do resgate das Panc (Plantas Alimentícias Não Convencionais), uma vez que estas demonstram facilidade de estabelecimento e necessidade de pouco manejo, além de representarem diversidade no prato. Neste estudo, objetivou-se aprofundar o estado da arte das Panc, de maneira a avançar os estudos a respeito do tema, propondo a utilização dessas plantas como alternativa promissora contra a fome. Aplicaram-se métodos bibliométricos de modo a entender como se dão as pesquisas a respeito das Panc mundialmente. Para isso, foram colhidos 2056 artigos provenientes de pesquisa com 50 termos de busca (sendoque, desses, 26 retornaram resultados), recuperados da plataforma Web of Science (Thomsom Reuters) e analisados por meio do pacote bibliometrix do softwareRstudio. Observou-se que há um aumento na publicação de artigos sobre o tema,especialmente a partir de 1996. A fonte mais relevante no tema é o Journal of Ethnobiology and Ethnomedicine, com base no número de documentos. O país como maior número de citações no tema é os Estados Unidos, sendo que o Brasil ocupaa 28ª colocação. Entre as palavras mais citadas nos títulos dos artigos, observam-se termos como: wild, plants, edible, vegetable, food, traditional, indigenous,antioxidant, flowers e plant. Por mais que perceba-se o aumento das pesquisas no tema, ainda tem-se um cenário de insipiência partindo do parâmetro da quantidade de plantas compreendidas como ‘não convencionais’ existentes. |
| Abstract: | Based on the fact that food is one of the main problems of today's society, it isimportant to raise ways of how to get around it in a safe and nutritious way. In thissense, strategies are considered as models that involve techniques for sustainableagriculture and that work against the logic of the current hegemonic model ofproduction, bringing social, economic and ecological benefits. These models areimportant agents in the consolidation of the rescue of the NCFP (Non-ConventionalFood Plants), since they demonstrate ease of establishment and need for littlehandling, in addition to representing diversity in the dish. In this study, the objectivewas to deepen the state of the art of Panc, in order to advance the studies on thesubject, proposing the use of these plants as a promising alternative against hunger.Bibliometric methods were applied in order to understand how research on Pancs iscarried out worldwide. For this, 2056 articles were collected from research with 50search terms (of which 26 returned results), retrieved from theplatform Web ofScience (Thomsom Reuters) and analyzed using the Rstudio software bibliometrixpackage. It was observed that there is an increase in the publication of articles on thetopic, especially from 1996 onwards. The most relevant source on the topic is theJournal of Ethnobiology and Ethnomedicine, based on the number of documents.The country with the highest number of citations on the topic is the United States,with Brazil occupying the 28th position. Among the most cited words in the articletitles, terms such as observed: wild, plants, edible, vegetable, food, traditional,indigenous, antioxidant, flowers and plant. No matter how much research isperceived on the subject, there is still a scenario of insipience starting from theparameter of the quantity of plants understood as existing 'unconventional'. |
