Auditoria da terceira fase da pirâmide estrutural de gestão de ativos físicos baseada na PAS 55

Abstract

This paper presents a proposal of audit that allows maintenance departments of medium and large scale industries to obtain an analysis based on the requirements of PAS 55-1 (2008) and align its practices on asset management. It demonstrates the concepts of asset management with focus on the third stage of SGM pyramid and related activities between maintenance team members. It uses a tool developed in Excel to view and to identify the differences between hierarchical levels and the PAS 55-1 (2008). An audit was performed using a tool developed by performing an interview with three levels on related topics. Finally, the research field through the questionnaires, pointed out the level of alignment between the members of the maintenance team, from the superintendent, the supervisor to the maintainer, regarding the proposed in SGM pyramid and PAS 55-1 (2008). It brings as a result, a radar chart shows the vision of each maintenance department member regarding to asset management for the third stage considering of SGM pyramid.
