Implementação do sistema pbqp-h em uma empresa do ramo da construção civil: estudo de caso

Abstract

The growing quest for quality by customers has led to changes in the productive sectors, therefore organizations are looking for ways to meet the needs of their customers. The construction industry was not indifferent to the change in the productive sectors, aiming to improve the processes and modernization of the sector, the Brazilian Government established the Brazilian Program of Productivity and Quality in Habitat, based on the ISO 9000 family, it creates guidelines for improving the productivity and quality within the construction industry. The goal of this study was to implement the program in a construction company. Therefore the documentation requirementes were observed, alongside with the documentation requirements, the processes on the organization were identified. Afterwards, the necessary documents were made and distributed to the correspondent processes. By using a Quality Management System, it was possible to achieve a better internal communication and organization, leading to an improvement on the productive system, and therefore better products.
