Caracterização de funções para a transferência de inovação tecnológica entre o meio acadêmico e o setor produtivo: uma abordagem pelo octógono da inovação

Abstract

The presented project started from the conception that the Technological Innovation Transfer between university and the productive sector must be maximized to guarantee technological differentiation, competitiveness and the country’s economic growth. At the beginning the importance of this relationship and the benefits that can be generated for academia and companies was raised. Also on the literature review, models of technological transfer and its critical points about the processes were revisited. Therefore, it was discussed about the innovation and characteristics of the University-Company relationship in the Brazilian scenario. In the development part it was proposed the categorization of functions coming from the Innovation’s Octagon as facilitators in the process of the innovation technological transfer. The satisfaction of the functions was carried out by a transfer case, from the UTFPR - Mechanical Engineering course, drive to the productive sector.
