Análise das condições de segurança em máquinas e equipamentos de fábricas na China segundo a norma regulamentadora NR12 do ministério do trabalho brasileiro

Abstract

The Chinese economic and productive potency has been, for years, one of the main global influencers, either for the way it inundates the international market with products or for its prices always above the practiced by other countries. In Brazil, it is common to believe that the gap between Chinese and Brazilian’s products prices are due to lack of quality, very cheap workforce and inhumane working conditions in the Asian country. In this work, a checklist according to one of the most complete regulation norms from Brazilian ministry of labor was elaborated; the goal was to analyze which are the real safety and health conditions for the work posts presented. The methodology of this work consisted in registering many Chinese’s work posts, selection of a few cases, elaboration of checklist and the final analyses. The main result was the identification that China, even though it shows advance in the concerning about the protection of health and safety of its workers, still needs to develop more discussions and normative measures or regulations for equipment and machinery. The Brazilian norms, in special NR12, are tools that might be used by machine and equipment’s manufactures all over China as a guide of what are the main issues that attention must be paid to in order to prevent risk situations.
