Resolução de problemas no ensino médio através de sistemas lineares com o auxilio do Geo Gebra

Abstract

In the present research we present a study on problem solving focusing on systems of linear equations. The proposal suggests a didactic sequence that can be worked on in high school classes, specifically in the 2nd and 3rd years. Initially, the text addressed a brief reflection on mathematical modeling and teaching of the linear system, highlighting the great importance of these contents in the various areas of human behavior, notably within the area of exact sciences. Definitions and main concepts about linear system and. their applicability were presented. The study will have its emphasite on the geometric interpretation of each equation that constitutes the system, for which the Geo Gebra software will be used, which allows a spatial view of the equations and their geometric interpellations, making a more consistent assimilation by the students. We will apply a methodology that approaches the Geometric aspects exploring the existing relationships between the system and the relative positions of the straight lines that represent the equations as well as the relationships between the results obtained from the coefficients. Field research was carried out in a state public school Orlando Drumond Murgel Engineer in the city of Presidente Epitácio - SP, initially with 30 students. It is expected that this research to elaborate, at the end, an educational product in the form of an E-book with all the activities developed during the work and that will help new teachers when they are going to deal with the content of linear system in their classes.
