Aplicação da NBR 15575 nos projetos da COHAPAR: uma análise sobre desempenho térmico, desempenho acústico e desempenho lumínico

Abstract

The culture of building social housing based on the demand generated by the housing deficit, with low spending to the region and in consequence of that, without attention to the conditions of comfort and performance , is an inheritance left by the immigration boom in the country , occurred in previous centuries . This paper analyzes the requirements and analyzes the criteria of “NBR 15575/2013”, regarding performance in residential buildings, in “COHAPAR” buildings in order to check the thermal, acoustic and luminal performances . Measurements and observations were made in two housing developments located in the metropolitan region of Curitiba , and calculations suggested by specific standards The analyzes showed failures and successes in meeting the criteria, beyond the perception that more attention is needed in the process of preparing the draft, approval, guidance of resident and forecasting expansions and renovations. It was also evident the need of greater clarity and clarification on “NBR 15575/2013”.
